This portal is operated by DBarreto Digital Solutions (Daniel Barreto). Here's what data we keep about you, why, and how to exercise your rights.
What we store
Your name, email, WhatsApp number (if you linked it), your preferred language, the services you've contracted and your billing history (amounts, dates, status and declared payment method). We never store card numbers or payment credentials: if you pay with PayPal, the payment happens on PayPal's servers.
What we use it for
To manage your services, issue your invoices and send you operational notices: renewal reminders, payment confirmations and overdue notices, by email or WhatsApp depending on your preference. We don't use your data for advertising and we don't sell it.
Who it's shared with
Only with the providers needed to operate: PayPal (payment processing), Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API (WhatsApp messages) and our email provider. Each receives only the minimum required for its function.
Cookies
We use only the session cookie (required for signing in) and the language preference cookie. There are no tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
How long we keep it
For as long as you have active services with us. Billing history is kept after the relationship ends for accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected] (per Panama's Law 81 of 2019). Deletion respects the accounting retention of billing history: those records are anonymized rather than erased.
